Hello, I'm Kena. At 52, I'm a single mom of five amazing kids—three of whom are still at home. Alongside being a mom, I co-own a real estate firm, a career that I am truly passionate about. My kids are active in sports, which means our lives are a whirlwind of practices, games, and school events. Despite the busyness, I thrive on the energy of my clients and my love for the water and beach. Family is my why, and they inspire me to keep going every day.

My business partner and co-owner of Muljat Group Peter Ahn is an amazing person. My son Adrik is an awesome business partner and co-owner of Team Brashear, our real estate team. My kids also help with household chores. I’m grateful for friends and family who support me when I need it.

Taking care of myself is crucial. Whether it’s a quick walk, a few minutes of meditation, beach time or a good book after the kids are in bed, I find moments to recharge. A well-rested and happy mom is more effective in both her personal and professional life.
