Amazing!!  This has been the best experience I have ever had in selling a house. When we sold our rental house, Kena advised us on timing the sale and staging. When it came time for photos to be taken, the house sparkled. During the agent caravan from her office, there was so much interest that we had offers coming in that same day. In this depressed market we had a bidding war and and finally accepted an offer above the listing price. The closing was smooth and uneventful just like she predicted.
